Q: How do I know if I may need a new roof?

A: Look for missing shingles/tiles, cracks, peeling, sagging or bad wood where roof might be leaking.

Q:  My roof leaks, what are my options- Repair or Replace?

A:  Every situation and roof are different.  Get a licensed Roofer to give you professional opinion and options.

Q:  How often should I re-coat my foam/flat roof?

A:  We recommend re-coating foam roofs every 4-6 years.  Pressure washing is also recommend before re-coat.

Q:  There are bubbles on my foam roof.  What does this mean?

A:  It means that moisture must have gotten in roof.  Bubbles/blisters need to be cut out and if there are multiple bubbles throughout the roof it may need to be removed and replaced.

Q:  I thought my Concrete Tile Roof should last a lifetime..

A:  The tiles should last a lifetime but the underlayment is what fails.  The underlayment on tile roofs is recommended to be replaced every 15-20 years.  Flashings may also need to be re-sealed and joints re-mortared.  Ridge and Rakes may also need the addition of enclosures to keep roof watertight.

** Keep debris off and away from roof***

Trees debris and dirt build up and can cause water to pond and sit on roof longer that it should
